It would be, but there's a cluster of motor vehicles around 36.19661, -81.64425 visible in NC OneMap, Esri and Esri Beta.

Because of that and aerial imagery, I'm convinced that these changed ways aren't strictly golf cart paths, even though the tagging can be changed in the other paths.

That and the challenge description is slightly vague.

It's the conversion of golf cart routes using service roads, and changing them to paths because they don't normally support motor vehicles.

The change is causing the footpaths to intersect with the buildings, and also has duplicate entries concerning the building (e.g. w1236167006, w1220095055 and w473202641)

The previous version is likely still flawed, but the newer one is tripping the standard validator.
