Having lived and worked there for several years, I believe I *might* have some knowledge on this. The whole town is Karlštejn ( osm.org/relation/436155#map=14/49.9284/14.1997 ), the part on the right-hand side of the river is Poučník, the part on the left-hand side is Budňany. (Similarly, there's a whole city named Prague nearby, but there are multiple city *parts* with different names. The larger entity exists, and the smaller ones also. No need to rename either of them just because *you* haven't heard of them.)

Sorry, but that's incorrect. Karlštejn the town (OSM relation: osm.org/relation/436155#map=14/49.9284/14.1997 ) consists of Poučník on one side of the river ( osm.org/relation/435177#map=15/49.9268/14.1687 ) and Budňany ( osm.org/relation/431918 ) on the other. All of it is named Karlštejn (although technically that was originally just the name of the castle). Towns and villages tend to have subparts with a name different from the larger entity.

Wikipedia is nice and all, but don't treat it as The Absolute Truth: it's "the free encyclopedia anyone can edit," like OSM is for maps.

Ahoj, na "neprůchozí" už by stačilo smoothness=impassable, "foot=no" by byl vyloženě zákaz vstupu. Tady je to asi jedno, než to bude zase zprůchodněný, ale je dobré znát ten rozdíl :)

If it's inaccessible to public, it would be best to tag as access=private - then it's not necessary to specify bicycle accessibility.

Technically correct, but unnecessary: trunk (and trunk_link) already imply "no foot or bicycle or horse traffic" in Czechia. Also, this way is unreachable - there is no way to *enter* this way on foot/bicycle, as it's one way and branches off from a trunk road.

Not sure what you mean by "access=permissive"; not sure anyone would expect the trunk (or the _link) to be arbitrarily closed to the public. osm.wiki/Tag:access=permissive

Ok, nemám s tím problém - pokud máme nějakou konvenci (bez mezery), držme se jí. Pokud v terénu není název, asi nemá smysl ho dávat do name - maximálně do description, pokud vůbec.

Přesně tak, je to evakuační chodník pro případ poruchy tramvaje na mostě. Pro normální provoz je tam zákaz...
