Which editor users are more likely to answer changeset discussions? | Looking at my recent changeset discussions, they seem to be of the type “does this way continue somewhere/do you have any more info on this POI/are you sure this is on that side of the road/please don’t name your house My House”. While welcoming new users is surely a nice touch, I don’t see it as the main purpose of changeset discussions. |

Which editor users are more likely to answer changeset discussions? | IMHO the number of total edits by editor doesn’t make much sense here: I would plot the responded% on the Y axis and optionally mark the edit number (if at all). The other graph would perhaps be useful as well - but note that certain editors start discussions by creating a note (e.g. maps.me, StreetComplete). |

Which editor users are more likely to answer changeset discussions? | Thank you. The chart is a bit complex to grasp (willingness to reply in descending order: JOSM, Potlatch, iD, other editors, maps.me ), but seems to fit my own experience. |

EASTERN LATVIA AND WESTERN RUSSIA NEED OUR HELP! | Sorry, I’ll try to be more clear: I am not physically near Latvia or Russia; is there a way I can help with the mapping (e.g. tracing roads from satellite pictures), or is the work that’s needed “physically go into the terrain and see”? |

EASTERN LATVIA AND WESTERN RUSSIA NEED OUR HELP! | Hello, is this necessary to be done fully on-the-ground, or would tracing from aerial imagery also help? |

10 years in OSM | Congratulations! |

Sharp Turns onto Ramps | Is there a way to map false positives (@gorn: e.g. the turn @ Bertramka is indeed legal, passable and used, despite the sharp angle) |

Sharp Turns onto Ramps | @aharvey: Excellent, thank you! |

Sharp Turns onto Ramps | Alas, I’m not looking for the Mapbox background layer, but for the “circles” overlay. That’s not a part of the tiles. |
|||
Sharp Turns onto Ramps | Excellent, excellent! Looking at my area, I see some sharp turns highlighted; is there a way to get to them from your map (other than “open up the same area in JOSM and look for cues”)? |

Thought experiment: What if values had no keys? |

Hello | Hi :) |
|||
Much welcomed DigitalGlobe imagery | Did manage to somehow bork my Java apps in a similar way on Kubuntu 16.04, most notably JOSM; working around this in JOSM by saving the .joz session, closing JOSM and starting it again (which resolves the issue). I suspect it has something to do with modifier keys becoming “stuck” (I think I triggered it by dragging with Alt + window snapping in Plasma), but it didn’t worry me enough to investigate further (only happened a couple of times). |

small river | @michalfabik: That seems to be an OSMAnd renderer issue; the map you’re linking to seems to be correct. |
|||
small river | Hello, I tried opening the location in JOSM and the reason became apparent: this segment was missing the For more details on river mapping, this might be of interest: osm.wiki/Tag:waterway%3Driverbank |

železnice | Super, díky moc. Já mezitím koukal do OSM wiki, a denomination=catholic sice není špatně, ale taky doporučují přesnější roman_catholic. osm.wiki/Key:denomination#Christian_denominations |

Hello, OSM. | Hello and welcome :) (If you like StreetComplete, you could perhaps like MapSwipe or MapRoulette.) |
|||
železnice | Super :) Mohl bych poprosit, zda by šlo tagovat denomination=roman_catholic ? |
