I have demonstrated the ability to work with a group or independently with less supervision. I can administer my skills in dealing with systems design, algorithms, web application development, and networking. In addition, my skills in programming have been cultivated through series of training programs in partnership with the Philippine Road Management Facility (PRMF). I believe my training has given me the skills to make valuable contribution and I am confident that I am an advantage for the department’s better progress. In present my job focus on the development of Management Information Systems and Geographic Information System (GIS) based web application.
