I do agree, it's a rather weird grey area. I found a forum post about master planned community, and there was agreement to tag these places as suburbs until there's a better tag. There was no items on the map for Lakewood Ranch, so I thought this was better than nothing. Maybe there will be less of a grey-area one day and better lines can be drawn!
