Intend on making an entertainment-ish / information-ish based web app for my local city. The project is very early in development, but a few features would be:

• Stylized, vector graphic based 2d colorized geometry that represents places of interest, strictly as decor, using nodes as the backend for their placement.

• Menus and other notable content for those places would show in context when a user wants information

• Directions getting for places, which I’m not exactly sure how that will go just yet.

• Contact information when it is available per place

• Event information that will highlight areas an event will take place around the community, with notable information such as restrooms, food, parking, etc.

As this project progresses, it is likely that I will need to make some additions to the open data, which is why I’ve got an account here. I’d love to contribute where I can.
