Not sure. I remember going through there a few year ago when there were some roadworks ongoing, but perhaps that was to the south closer to Llanrwst. Maybe these were completed and the ones to the north dropped at the last minute. Doesn't look to have happened. I'll delete.

Hi. I've not been down the A21 for about a year or so, so haven't seen for myself recent progress. I do believe, however, that the official opening date for this section is Spring 2017 - but equally it's likely that some sections may have recently been realigned before the full opening.
