This section of path is currently flooded (and signs notify that fact). Bexley PRW Team are aware and the Electricity company that own the field were originally going to resolve the issue, but then we all went into Lockdown.
Temporary measure is to walk across the field.
As an aside, the OS mapping indicates that the RoW turns up and over the hill! TBH that would make a pleasant alternative for the benefit of a viewpoint!

Examining the map, and seeing this path, it is tempting to think that one can get out to Parsonage Lane.
This path is fairly overgrown but just peters out behind a shed and yard that is clearly private property.
