I just uploaded a new track some five hours ago and noticed there was a long queue waiting to be processed. Five hours delay.
After four hours I logged in again and found my track was gone!!!
Has it happened before? Of course, being the first time I got the prob, I had not performed any backup :-(.
Lost time, unfortunately.

If it isn't in the queue anymore then the import probably failed because of some problem with the track - you should have had an email with details. In fact you should always get an email when the track is processed, whether it works or not.

Yes, you are right, I had got the "bad news" email. Next time I will not send a gpx again without backing it up.
