The bike racks here have slightly odd tagging. They are all stands of a similar style. The section at the south end is a line of 9 stands (18 bikes). There are then 7 stands in a row and one solo stand. Next, there are two rows with 6 stands each. Finally, there are 4 stands. (Note that all the stands allow a bike each side, so need doubling for the osm schema)
