En effet rien n'interdit de créer des éléments privés mais il y a déjà eu des soucis de par le passé où des propriétaires se sont plains d'intrus sur propriété privée et ont contacté l'équipe d'OSM. De toute façon ca ne sert à rien étant donné que c'est privé, donc surcharge la carte en données pour rien.

S'il vous plaît ne tagez pas un domaine privé comme parc! Cela n'a aucune utilité pour le publique et donc va enduire en erreur les utilisateurs de la carte. Ici il s'agit de la résidence du Grand Duc...

It's normal. :) I have also contacted geodienst on his changeset because his comment is somewhat ambiguous, he made it sound like he integrated the changes in OSM even though in real the ways have not been transformed yet because it is for a future plan. This one: osm.org/changeset/69835005 One of OSM's rule is that we only contribute what exists in reality otherwise the map will deceive users. Thank you for your reply! I hope he will likely reply me.

Hello! Are the ways that you tagged as abandoned already in that state in the reality? You said in your changeset that the relations would be corrected promptly, yet 10 months later the relations are still left on "empty" unrendered elements.

A path by its basic definition is quote: "A generic or multi-use path open to non-motorized traffic." So this means usually one person large mode of transportation like a pedestrian, bicycle, etc... It's already obvious the bigger transportation can't use this way.

The access key is for all means of transportantion, meaning it englobes all of them so contributord would not need to add all tags for the specific tranportation access. Never wondered why the way is greyed out when you added access=no or private? It's contradictory to add the combination you used and deceives the map users...
