The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This house has been moved. It has been turned and moved more north on this corner
A new home is going to be built between 11 and 7.

This road needs to be moved to the trace I made. There is the small bend at the south end as in the trace. Also there is a round about at the corner of Grady drive and Rundell Road.
