The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This is a new street called "McCaw Court"
It just hasn't been added yet. The house just off coulter street is gone. 3 new homes were built in it's place

The East side runs down at a small angle connecting to reach street .
All the old homes in this route are gone. New homes are being built. It looks like multiple small streets but there are no signs yet to list what they are called. Other then the West side
I'll try my best to map this later.
