Hoping Osmose throws out an error, maybe just a node that has a faulty tag.

108813218 about 4 years ago

Continues to be no show osm.org/relation/13030825 Tested a second 'inner' grassland by planting a tree, the difference, but it remains showing properly.

Apologies for the large CS, the indicator started turning red while on a role and at the end got 2 pieces of grassland, one refusing to render, a multipolygon, polygon does, both whole or part 'inner to woodland.

Forgot in the comment, most enclosed by a woodland area.

Hi Dale,

Last of the 2 issues in Castel F. that have your name on it. "landuse=religious on a node. "Should be drawn as an area.". I looked and looked and looked but the pics I took do not show anything religious at the parking. At any rate, Osmose rightly insists as landuse is an area tag, not a node/POI. Gogloe is not helpful to tell where that church actually stands, nor see it already being mapped. At the parking there's a direction sign, but pointing as Maria SS Assunta

Hailing from the Pescara hills
cheers

Hi Dale,

Sorry to bother... odd issue cleanup. There is/was a mapped recycling container at end of dead end Vico Il Roma parking. Osmose is nagging for what type of waste... recycling=? Opening ID editor touching the wizard field will offer a list of waste types. Multiple can be selected, one by one of course, the usual set is paper, plastic, glass bottles, dry waste, bio or organi, sometimes batteries, meds, cans or scarp metal. Out here they now machines where you have to swipe a card and choose before a slot open to put the bag in.

Just a message from the Tizio Caio and Sempronio department ;o)

NB There's something about new ID editor version 2.20.0... zone lines polygon or multipolygon marked as inner or outer get warning that a role needs to be assigned, inner or outer, randomly and seems to be a tad slower.

2nd was "inconsistent tagging of {{1.key}} Inconsistent tagging of construction"

108690534 about 4 years ago

1 of 2 error warning was: "deprecated tagging construction=yes is deprecated"

hi

you converted a square to a line by deleting the place=square tag, which I do not understand as being a duplicate node per your comment. I've restored the situation, where the 2 parts both side of the street are the combined square. Don't hesitate to ask why it's done the way it was done.

cheers

Thanks for sharing 'my Notes' with us and every other mapper between, Bordeaux and Taipei. It would help if you saved the changes on a country bases after tick marking. That way the reviewers have an idea where to look and is likely acquainted with what is being mapped.

TIA for your future consideration.

And as observed cycling by, nobody cares,

Sorry for the large CS box but a power line does not stop until it's next substation when disconnect it from track etc.

108373496 about 4 years ago

OK, well if you do a delete next time of Area or POI, would you kindly denote it in your comment. Else it is 'What the heavens happened?'

Cheers

PS, was almost number 1 in the Neis report, in Italy, but mcheck could not help himself and ran a machine trace with JOSM so jumped up and over... sorry but more than 5000-6000 nodes a day is where it stops for me. I planned to retire from OSM, so that is postponed now. ;P)

Hi,

Osmose alerts that the name:it and (local) 'name' are not same which in principle they should be.
"Default and local language name not the same, node 8943701417"

Could you please verify.

TIA

Alright, so it's Chinese-Evangelical rather than Chinese-Folk which was the FTM (For the moment) tag then. I'll change it.

Just notice the construction area around this building has disappeared. Has it finished? Last I looked, bout 4 weeks ago front and back of building area was still in an unfinished state.

95764321 about 4 years ago

Don't know, it was a Chinese guy who tagged the place originally, there's evangelicals of Chinese nationality too and the link says "LA CHIESA EVANGELICA CRISTIANA CINESE DI PESCARA"e, so frankly I have no reason to question the correctness. So happens I cycle by this place where the west side of the building where the institute -was- was razed but did not pay attention as the pile of rubble was too high to see behind if the rest was still standing. I notice now there are 2 Chinese Evangelical nodes there, one NW and one SE of the complex. That is unlikely.

Hi,

buildings can also be 'squared' with the shortcut key Q I saw recently in another tip given to a 'global change set editor. Not sure but angles off by greater than 10-15 degrees will not be turned into 90.degrees i.e assumed to be intentional.

cheers.

Apologies to the original building creator... rebuild the relation after Osmose alert of mistagging building part. Did not realize it would cause a delete of original. Improved shapes though :o)
