There is a locked gate here with a sign stating "Private Land, No Public Access or Right of Way"

This track is virtually impassable due mainly to a field drain discharging onto the track creating a large boggy area and further East a fence has been erected across the track.

The farmer or local land owner has blocked the track at this point with a JCB and an old gate

Track is barely visible beyond this point until you reach the brow of the hill and see the gate to Leys Farm, Dollar FK14 7JL. The track passes through the farm and joins New Broadmeadows near Muckhart primary School.
