Arrow feathers and pictograms are maintained as road markings（路面標示） mixed with roads（車道混在） in the bicycle traffic space（自転車通行空間）. There are way more these markings than designated lanes. You can see it on CycleOSM layer. The coarser dashed line is shared. The finer is designated.

Referring to OSM wiki, there's no strict rule to classify it yet, but I personally map these road marking as cycleway:lane=shared_lane.

I'm not sure how other people do. Seems like there are more confusion between 普通自転車専用通行帯 and ナビマーク、ナビレーン than distinguish correctly, though.

2. Your nearby example doesn't directed to the road, hence wrong. Additionally, it shows an alternative of shared lane （i can see ブルーライン on your photos）which looks very similar to 普通自転車専用通行帯. Maybe this lead to confusion.

What is your claim?
According to Japanese local OSM tagging, 普通自転車専用通行帯 is cycleway=lane. And Japanese law prohibiting car traffic on 普通自転車専用通行帯, but doesn't mention parking and stopping in it . I also believes there is many variations of restriction and laws between countries, so bus interaction does not simply mean shared lane.

OSMwikiによると、普通自転車専用通行帯のタグ付けはcycleway:lane=both,left,rightで行うこととありますが、Zaneoさんは=pictgramを使用されているようです。
確かに、wikiにもosm.wiki/JA:Key:cycleway　と例がありますが、1.普通自転車専用通行帯は自動車との共用を意図しておらず、いわゆる自転車ナビマーク等とは異なること、2.CycleOSMなどの主要なレンダーに描画されないこと、3.Cycleway:laneキーと競合しほ科のタグをつけられなくなること
以上を理由にcycleway:lane=leftに変更したいと思いますが、つきましてはZaneoさんの意見をお伺いしたいと思います。
