RNC and ENC are common terms in maritime industry where I come from, it never occured to me that these acronyms might not be known by non-maritime people.

I don't have time nor the resources to keep updating these resources. I am glad that somebody else can pick up on what I did and correct whatever I have missed or changes that have occured since I did my edits.

RNC is Raster Navigational Charts, the Brazilian series of Raster Charts for maritime usage are available under a public usage law, that I cannot site from head. I did do several edits with different data from this source around 10 years ago

The data was at that time available directly from the Brazilian navy website, I don't know how the data is shared now. This form of raster charts are updated on an irregular basis, so any sources I had 10 years ago would be outdated as complete source, though the wrecks I mapped should still be on in the source data unless there have been a wreck removal operation or other seabed cleaning operation for any purpose.

It must be verified on ground, but I would guess most likely it goes in bridge. If you can't find Mapillary, better ask somebody local

Thanks for highlighting this. I no longer live in the region and will not be able to follow up. The names added in this changeset was scraped from official datas from IJSN, several roads had alternative spellings or even quite different names. I kept the names used partly to maintain search ability, and partly because it would be easier to verify against on ground survey, as I was never 100% sure the dataset was up to date.

Road naming is done on city level, the data set is state level.

esse changeset afectou muitos relações, com objetos apagados pode quebrar esses relações. Vou tem que verificar todos esses relações, como no primeiro vista me ja indicando alguns relações pode ser quebrados. Prestatenção quando trabalhando com relações, se voce nao entendo relações, entra em contato nos canais do comunidade.

Não use somente letras maiúsculo nos nomes, deve ser "Rua Demetrio Ultramar" em vez de DEMETRIO ULTRAMAR. Também, com lanes=1, ou use oneway=yes, ou use narrow=yes. Se ha faixas em ambos sentidos, use lanes=2

Ruas e estradas com nome "Rua Projetada" não deve ser nomeado, se não ha placa no lugar indicando esse nome. Geralmente em planilhas, "Rua Projetada" significa que a rua vai ser construído ou definido no futuro.
