This semi-circular area is no longer green space. It has been rebuilt in the last 2 years. It is fully paved with a few trees in planter boxes. Access is controlled.

Is there pedestrian access from the alley behind the shops to the east and Pear Tree Avenue to the west ?

IOW, if I am on woodlands road at the corner of Primrose Drive, can I get to Pear Tree Avenue without going past Ditton Infants school ?

Dangerous Bike Path !
The dedicated bike path through the tunnel is frequently obstructed in part or whole by bicycles locked (or loose) against the pedestrian guarde rail.
There is also a raised concrete rail (curb) between the bike path and pedestrian path which can be a hazard to bicycling.
Poor lighting in the tunnel.

This is not a separate building.
This is split (roughly in the middle) between between 20 and 22 Robert Koch Strasse. The outline for 20 and 22 are reasonably correct, but both should open into this space with a seperation line splitting this space roughly in half approx parallel to Widenmayer Straße.

20 and 22 Robert-Koch Straße were built in the same year, for the same family in 1908. The facades (at a minimum) are historically protected

This is NOT a track; there is no visible path. There is no public access from the south (Kramerbergweg sackgasse).
