Seriously. There probably wasn't an official area map of Dobra Voda earlier, so (probably) everyone thought that Dubrava is a part of Dobra Voda. Even the hotel owners in Dubrava just placed their address in Dobra Voda, because they probably didn't know about the truth. Everyone was confused (probably).
