Please don't "label" routes like this. Many of the ways that make up the Pennine Way have other names; many are also part of other routes.
If the name of a route is in OSM, then maps that want to can use that, for example https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#18/53.36923/-1.82544
(there the route name is in purple the thing in brackets is the local footpath reference, and the duplicated Pennine Way name in black is the name added in this changeset).

I think that you might have accidentially added the quiet_lane designation to the wrong thing on osm.org/way/539425190 . That's an admin boundary; presumably you meant to add to the road?
There's a list of ones to check at https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1rn8 , which includes a hedge and a fence.

I'm not convinced that "designation" is ideal for osm.org/way/781397657/history - it already has intermittent=yes; "designation" is normally used for legal designations.

Your change to osm.org/way/3753061/history . This doesn't look to me another like a regular amenity=parking at all. It's likely an area of hard standing used for dropping off crops to be collected (e.g. historically beet for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Sugar in Peterborough) or storing anything before spreading on fields.
Making armchair changes such as this significantly REDUCES the quality of OpenStreetMap - don't do it.

Sources here are primarily knowing how Ben will have mapped it 15 years ago (from survey, but without later access to aerial imagery), and knowing the (invalid) reason that Fred73000 will have added an amenity-parking tag in osm.org/changeset/111922887 .

Actually, you probably want to _add_ a denomination tag rather than removing the religion one here.
