"1Iroship South Plaza" is a very strange name for a street. Is this the garage or the 3rd floor pedestrian plaza reachable by stairs at the west and east end?

The wiki says "fully traversable island" for a mini_roundabout. My (armchair) take was that it looked like the island was raised and planted, so I lazily tagged the intersection as roundabout (like second example photo on roundabout wiki page). If that is what it is, a real circle is much better.
