Many paths are dissappeared between Haskovo and Harmanli in Bulgaria

I see that many paths are disappeared between Haskovo and Harmanli and specially below road number 8. Can anybody tell me what is happening?

Error message

I get the following message when I try to modify and upload. Version mismatch: Provided 1, server had: 2 of Node 2971031277 How can I fix this?
