Thanks for your message! I’m assuming you’re referring to Travessa do Forte in Funchal? I split that way into two separate ways because only the upper part consists of actual steps; the lower part going into Largo do Corpo Santo had no steps when I was there.

Regarding unclassified roads, thanks for the heads up, I did not know this!
