My name is Tanya Castaneda and I am a Senior Marketing Specialist for Montefiore Medical Center. We are in the process of opening a new facility for one of our campuses. The name of this facility is Montefiore Hutchinson Metro Center Ambulatory – Specialty Facility Tower II.

The reason I am writing you today is because there are some discrepancies when reaching this new location regarding GPS directions. The address for this new location is:
Montefiore Hutchinson Metro Center Tower II
1250 Waters Place
Bronx, NY 10461

• The first issue is that GPS recommends turning into the parking lot from Bassett Avenue, which currently does not allow access for the Hutchinson Tower II.
• The second issue is that many GPS units request that people enter on Industrial Road. Industrial road is actually named Marconi Street. I see this updated on your map however GPS units are still calling it Industrial Road.
• Finally New York City has added an additional Bus Route to this facility.
Is it possible to correct these issues and is there any additional information you need from me?
