Buenas, estoy corregiendo un error que cometistes. Tomastes el building:part y lo convertistes en un building regular, basicamente duplicando el mismo edificio. En OSM uno solamente tiene que trazar la silueta del edificio para que aparesca en el mapa, y los building:part(s) son para usar programas de tercer partido que forman el edificio en 3D.

As someone that also made a similar mistake when starting out, I will tell you that you did this wrong. If you want to create a courtyard, then use the line tool (the second option) and make a square inside the building. Afterwards, merge the square and the building, and now you will have an empty space inside the building. In the manner that you did this here, there is now a building inside of the university buildings, which is erroneous.

If you wish to add different elevations to a building in different sections, then use the building:part component. There are multiple examples around the city that I've personally created for you to guide yourself.

Hola, use building:part con el valor diferente de nivel, porque este edificio tiene una seccion que son de dos pisos y una seccion que es de un piso. Al combinar estos dos edificios en uno, se creo automaticamente ese valor de 2;1. Lei el articulo sobre los niveles y aparentemente esto esta bien(?), porque los valores no pueden ser una fraccion. Estoy tratando de buscar mas informacion de como construir edificios que tienen diferentes niveles en diferentes secciones.
