In case anyone wants to pursue this, the city of Toronto has a website: http://map.toronto.ca/imapit/iMapIt.jsp?app=TOMaps and you can see property lines, exact addresses, property roll numbers, all kinds of details that could be used for OSM. Maybe the city would even collaborate and send digital files? Anyone want to tackle this one?
