This is my first change, could someone review it to ensure I didn't break anything? Changes made:
- adding a one-way street (there's a forbidden direction sign at one end)
- adding a private pathway (there is a fence)
- forbidding a very dangerous turn so that it won't appear in automatic route planners (I didn't know if there's a better way to achieve this)
