Incredible job (I struggled with this area months ago, lol)

The street sign for this road, and as an extension, most roads in Saint Louis Park, are without the cardinal direction. But the mailing addresses for all of these houses do have the cardinal direction. It's 4305 38th St W, therefore the street should be named 38th Street West, even though that's not what the street sign says.

Not all applicable by the way - there are exceptions within Minneapolis based off of how the street name is written in house addresses (as according to https://gis.hennepin.us/property/map/default.aspx) So far only four exceptions found, West & East Lake of the Isles Parkway and North & South Wayzata Boulevard

Ah thanks yeah I missed that one, I've fixed it in the next update. I know about not having islands of classification, I've been making all of my edits based on this. For example, Central Avenue Northeast meets the condition for Primary classification (>20,000 per day) in Columbia Heights, from I-694 to 40th Avenue Northeast, but there is no primary road to connect it to anywhere nearby so I had to mark it as secondary. If you see any other small sections of road I missed feel free to tell me or just edit them yourself.

Yes, so, what I did was read the two articles on road classification in the states:
osm.wiki/United_States_roads_tagging &
osm.wiki/United_States/2021_Highway_Classification_Guidance. While I was reading them I took notes on the defining features that separate the road types, which I listed out: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/888489953665896559/915159837099303002/unknown.png. The TL:DR is,
Motorway: I have no intention of editing motorways, at least not yet.
Trunk: Motorway-like with at-grade intersections, >TBD vehicles a day
Primary: >20,000 vehicles a day
Secondary: >10,000 vehicles a day
Tertiary: >1,000 vehicles a day.
