in this area there are several vertexes that are merged (like right below this note) that probably shouldn't be based on the shape of the multipolygons they make up. this seems to have been caused by changeset 160407694.

there is a parking lot on top of this building though the bottom part is commercial space. that means that it cannot be mapped as a multi story parking lot but it is key to have the parking spaces so that information needs to be mapped.
