Je crois que l'ensemble du bassin est artificiel mais oui la partie "baignade bio" est bien la partie où l'on peut se baigner.
Le téléphone et autre informations sur l'exploitant pourrait effectivement mis sur la bâtiment juste au dessus:

Le chalet lui est utilisé par un autre exploitant (location de pédalos + bar).

Indeed on that small area the DTM file has no value but the DSM has.. so the computed height is equal to the elevation of the building ! :)
I will fix soon, manually I think.
