I edited the costline in some harbors, in Cannes, Golf Juan, Villeneuve-Loubet, Le Cros de Cagnes,... to follow the harbors and put tag leisure=marina on them.

I also added some features around Mouans-Sartoux/Mougins : banks, golf de Saint Donat, continued the Canal de la Siagne,...
