15th street secondary after New York Avenue? Wondering because road turns into one way and 14th street has much worse traffic and higher capacity. 15th street is an alternate route, which I think places it at secondary.

Might downgrade business freeways/I-66/I-395 alternates(Arlington Boulevard, Washington Boulevard) to trunk

Might downgrade PWP/VA 294 to primary because it is important, but is secondary to VA 234 from the Manassas bypasses to I-95

Might upgrade MD 396 to primary but keep it because it's a secondary route to River Road but Connects to Goldsboro

Might upgrade Chain bridge(VA 123) section to trunk due to importance in Tysons Corner and McLean
