When you're working on rural roads like this, "Oregon DOGAMI Lidar" is a really good map layer that'll let you see through the trees to get the best view of roads.

I have been informed by local mappers that I should not use dashes (-), as phones are more likely to process spaces correctly, and the guideline you cited explicitly states that spaces are the preferred format. Thusly, I will be reverting this change.

My bad, I don't know much about the more advanced road specifications. Feel free to set it back.

You may be right, I haven't attempted to drive it westbound recently, only eastbound unsuccessfully.
