I’m Jorge, I’m from Valencia, Spain. My background is in Cartography and Geodesy Engineering, and I develop my professional career around Geospatial Information Systems and Open Source Software and Data. I’m currently working at the Kibana Maps team at Elastic as a geospatial engineer.

I’m a casual mapper that has been contributing with edits, but also organizing mapping parties, doing workshops, HOT gatherings, and such since 2007.
