Are you sure about these changes? I was here a while ago and talked to a nearby resident, they said public motor vehicle traffic is not allowed in that whole area. Has something changed?

These changes you've made are reversing work done toward following this standard: osm.wiki/Utah/Naming_Conventions

***These roads are signed on the ground without any directional prefix.*** Both the way locals refer to the streets, and the way they are signed in real life is "1000 North", etc.

Is this a test edit?

Nice additions, thanks! Seems like you definitely know the area. You can't get a lot of this stuff with armchair mapping. You probably already know of this, but in cleaning up the trails and stuff in the bear river range, I've found the Strava heatmap to be incredibly useful. You can add it as a layer, instructions here:

Oh, I hadn't noticed that payment:bitcoin=yes was already present here. I wondered if you were going around adding XBT to random nodes across the country! Thanks for the explanation.

That makes sense. Thanks for the insights @ZeLonewolf and @SomeoneElse.

While I do personally think the data added is of questionable utility, I agree with andrebacon2 that it doesn't make sense to require going through the import process if edits are being done by hand (meaning, each change is being checked by a human.) Isn't the line between import and non-import that some edits are being made without individual human review?

What's your source for this data? Are you sure this is correct?

These roads had their name according to osm.wiki/Utah/Naming_Conventions. The name:full tag likely contains what you are looking for. Both street signage and locals referring to these roads use only the number and suffix, and omit the directional prefix.
