First error, i've added surface=WATER for all polylines, and there was already this tag in the txtRULES. This was my error.

Second error, the tag type="Lake" was in the rules, but relation already has the type="multipolygon". So the importation fail after 50000 nodes... This was the txtRules error.

What is strange is that JOSM didn't detect any problems when opening the files. It just fail with the server.

I've got two 400 error from josm server for the type key and two 500 - Internal Server Error too.

So now I need to delete #1965595, #1965592, #1965585, #1965580, #1965578, #1965509, #1965505, #1965491, #1965469 .
