162869279 | 5 months ago | Thanks. I've got some experience with that after basically adding color to almost every building in my village: https://demo.f4map.com/#lat=48.5006083&lon=8.9976157&zoom=18&camera.theta=64.785&camera.phi=23.102 https://streets.gl/#48.50215,8.99609,13.75,34.50,1500.00 Alas, this was with own photos on survey, most places don't have well-lit Mapillary images in every corner :) |
161573826 | 7 months ago | MapRoulette of course, not MapComplete ... |
161573826 | 7 months ago | Sorry, I usually do. MapComplete somehow doesn't always prefill the comment field when solving multiple tasks at the same time. This was part of https://maproulette.org/challenge/44817 |

158766833 | 9 months ago | Have you asked whether we can use the data in that map? The basemap is OSM, but the layer above it is by the uni and typically we're not allowed to use geodata by others unless either compatible by license (usually unlikely) or we have explicit permission. So in terms of what we can legally do in OSM, an approximate location is probably fine. Especially when the location is described in the POI, which probably helps more than the location on the map. |
158738905 | 9 months ago | Hab's korrigiert. Sorry, das ist mir entgangen. |
154226852 | 10 months ago | Guten Morgen. Du hast hier leider den Straßenverlauf versehentlich etwas kaputtgemacht (siehe Hinweis osm.org/note/4478956). Ich hab das mal korrigiert. Aber in Vespucci muß man zuweilen recht vorsichtig sein, was man so antippt ... |
157793110 | 10 months ago | Hey, thanks for your contributions. However a few things to note: 1. A sensible changeset description is preferable to just ".". This mainly helps others to figure out what you did. 2. noexit=yes is not used to mark dead-end streets. In many cases they are not marked at all in OSM. noexit=yes is used on the last node of a way to indicate that there absolutely is no way to go further from there (for any mode of transport – and that's where it typically deviates from a dead-end because often you can at least continue by foot, e.g. towards a house. In this case this is even literally the case, as there is a footway continuing, barred to motor vehicle traffic with a bollard. 3. Before adding traffic signs directly, please add the respective meaning on the road (in this case maxspeed=30 + source:maxspeed=DE:zone30) as that is what data consumers use. Traffic signs itself are more a micromapping thing for 3D renderers, so should be a bit further down in priority. |
153522610 | 10 months ago | Hi; du hast hier Frimmersdorf in Weickersdorf umbenannt.
157549875 | 10 months ago | Hey; you've added a tree here (osm.org/node/12230016914) with the tag circumference_crown, which has no uses as of yet. This perhaps should be diameter_crown with about a third of the value, right? |
157482898 | 10 months ago | Hey. You've added a lot of POIs here with the tag "oprator=private". You've mistyped the "operator" key, but in this case it's the wrong one and should be operator:type. I've fixed this here, but please be more careful, especially in these giant changesets that span half a continent. |
157199599 | 11 months ago | Ah, apologies. I haven't paid attention to the bounds (I didn't even use background imagery here). Typically such typos are very closely grouped when they appear multiple times. Normally I do take care of keeping changesets small and focused. Sorry for this one here. |
156982995 | 11 months ago | Hey, thanks for adding destinations. Note that for the symbols, colours, etc. the :lanes comes at the end. I.e. destination:colour:lanes instead of destination:lanes:colour. I've fixed this here. For future reference, you can test signs here: I do that a lot when adding destination tags, just to make sure the rendered sign bears some resemblance to the original. |
156966914 | 11 months ago | Hey, thanks for your contributions. Note that the "layer" tag is spelled "layer", not "layerr" like you did here. I've fixed it for now, but could you be a bit more careful before uploading? |
156903418 | 11 months ago | Hey, thanks for your contributions. Note that tags in OSM are typically lowercased, so I've changed your Bridge=Yes to bridge=yes, otherwise it wouldn't mean anything to software processing or rendering the data. |
