47007538 | over 8 years ago | added wrong road name; has been fixed

47097843 | over 8 years ago | area tagged as water park - this is not a water park according to OSM documentation |
47009278 | over 8 years ago | Fix the quadrant suffixes to conform to standard used in Calgary |
46430817 | over 8 years ago | I've changed this to foot path with tags bicycle = yes (dubious, probably should be dismount), foot = yes & surface = asphalt. Pedestrian street is normally used only for large areas (see Tuscany LRT stn) or wide "streets" such as Stephen Avenue. See OSM documentation. Most of these don't appear on the City interactive pathway map, so it is unclear if they should be tagged with bicycle = yes or bicycle = dismount, though I don't think it is too important since they are usually short & low traffic.

45567162 | over 8 years ago | what is the source for this name? |
45579750 | over 8 years ago | the area shown as Spruce Meadows Off Leash Dog Park is not shown as such on City of Calgary off-leash area map |
47069072 | over 8 years ago | you have applied incorrect names to roads! |
46274110 | over 8 years ago | Quadrant suffixes used in Calgary are NW, NE, SW & SE. It is WAAAY past time the entire telenav crew learned how to do things properly. I am very close to asking OSM to ban all telenav editors from Calgary permanently. I sick of cleaning up your messes! |
47069072 | over 8 years ago | You are adding road names without the numeric prefixes used by the City of Calgary. Clearly you know nothing about Calgary! |
47044210 | over 8 years ago | The quadrant suffixes used in Calgary are NW, NE, SW & SE, not "Northwest" etc. If you are going to edit in a city you know nothing about, take the time to learn what the standard has long been here |
45514730 | over 8 years ago | do not change the quadrant suffix for roads in Calgary to "Northwest", etc - pay attention to how things are done throughout the city before deciding your way is the right way! |
46575658 | over 8 years ago | you have mangled schools done according to a standard used across the city!
|
46575803 | over 8 years ago | Details attach to school grounds, not school buildings. The only details a school building should have are street name and number. |
45581040 | over 8 years ago | many of the features identified as footpaths (e.g. on Silvergrove Court, Sg Manor, Sg Gardens) are not paths at all but simply concrete curbs |
45775774 | over 8 years ago | You have mangled the intersection of Stoney Trail and Sarcee Trail NW. Put it back the way it was.
|
44278643 | over 8 years ago | If you are going to add missing road names, please do it properly in a manner consistent with the way names are done in the locale. |
44365268 | over 8 years ago | and another with wrong name - roads with wrong names are worse than roads with no name! |
44365268 | over 8 years ago | added WRONG missing name |
39485772 | almost 9 years ago | There is something else very strange going on here. If I move the destination to west-bound Memorial just east of Crowchild Tr. & the start to west-bound Memorial just west of of the tunnel under Centre St, osrm_car finds a strange route but mapzen_car finds the appropriate route. Neither will work through the tunnel, but that may be a matter of the fix not having propagated yet. OSRM will also fail if the origin is on WB Memorial east of the access to CPA Lot 59 but work if origin is just west of it. Mapzen works right for either of these origins. WB Memorial is "one piece" from west end of Centre St tunnel to just east of 9A St. I have no clue as what might be wrong. |
39485772 | almost 9 years ago | If I did this in the changes, it certainly wasn't intentional. I may have deleted a node that connected Centre St directly to Memorial Drive (would be very messy if you followed a route that relied on that connection without question!), without realizing that it also connect two segments in tunnel. |
