You can't via the site. Pestering an admin will work though.

Don't bother unless it's important to you for some reason... Just ignore the one you don't need

Well it is not a big issue, and thts why I have not done anything about it before now. Today I noticed the on my profile page the ten nearest fellow mappers are displayet, and this account (which I have forgotten the password for) is one of the ten so I would like to get rid of it.
