Tagging log_fume routes as waterway=drain seems weird. Yes, there is some flow of water, but their purpose is different than some water drain in a field.

Are these just unused public transport shelter, or is there actually also a bus stop(platform) where any bus actually stops? The platforms are not mapped yet.

Platforms should not be named as "peron 1" or "1". They should have the name of the platform (or station) and the platform number goes into local_ref=* tag. But it seems all the platforms in this area are done this was so I am not going to fix it, but it is sad. A train line relation containing stops called 1,1,2,1,1,... is not very useful.
