Please check name Markerwaarddijk versus Houtribdijk. According to Wikipedia (https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Houtribdijk) only the part within the boundaries of Enkhuizen is called Zijlweg and the parts in Lelystadt are named Markerwaarddijk. Therefore all other parts have the name Houtribdijk. Furthermore in OSM occures a part called Markermeerdijk.

Is this really a commercial area in the meaning that there are buildings used as offices or for administration? I guess this is more residential landuse, even it is for recreational reasons.
