Hi Cole. By combining these ways you deleted 12 turn restrictions. JOSM should have given you a warning. Please try to avoid deleting turn restrictions unless you can verify they do not exist.

Thanks for mapping! Don't forget to click 'q' on each building to make sure the corners are 90 degrees. Otherwise great job!

Thanks for mapping. However buildings are going to be rectangular usually (think of your house or other places) -- make sure to trace them as well as possible and click the "q" on your keyboard to make the corners 90 degrees

Thanks for mapping! Make sure not to change the imagery when you click "start mapping" -- there is special imagery for this project.

Thanks for mapping! I think this building is two separate buildings though, one big one and one little one.

Hi, it looks like you are adding things to the map that don't exist. Keep in mind that everyone can see OpenStreetMap data, it is not for things that don't exist in real life.

Hi, you marked a building as a massage shop. It has since been fixed.

Thanks for mapping. For round buildings you can click the 'o' on your keyboard and it will make them circular. For square ones, please click the 'q' on your keyboard to make sure the corners are 90 degrees. Otherwise they are the wrong shape.

Hi, if you know the name of this river, you can add it to the name= tag : osm.org/way/690413355#map=16/-16.3837/35.2666

Hi Mahamane Abdoulkader. Thanks for mapping in Niger recently. I noticed there are some issues in the recent uploads related to these changesets: [osm.org/changeset/70664388 & osm.org/changeset/70665060] that resulted in a lot of overlaps here: (osm.org/way/644579240) and here:(osm.org/way/326644920).

There are some useful wiki pages that contain a lot of information for mapping in OSM such as; osm.wiki/JOSM/Guide; & osm.wiki/Video_tutorials#JOSM_video_collection. Also there was a tertiary downgraded to track that is of very good quality and connects to smaller sized urban developments. I would suggest looking at the country specific highway modeling page for any country you may be mapping in, such as (osm.wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa) and looking into the history of the way [CNTL+H] for insight into the status of a highway’s classification. Thanks again for mapping!

Francias:

Bonjour Mahamane Abdoulkader.
