| 3562328 | andrum99 | I have a question about whether it is correct to show the operator of BT exchanges as 'Openreach'. I have read up on what Openreach is responsible for, and it seems to me that they are only responsible for managing some of BT's network assets. It follows from this that there is, or could be, assets within their exchanges which are not operated by Openreach. It would therefore seem better to tag the operator of the exchanges as simply 'BT' rather than specify the 'Openreach' division. |
