For this(osm.org/way/1190120482) tunnel is not appropriate. Make the highway flyover segments as bridge and keep this as normal road.

Round water bodies are rare in urban settings. Does not appear like waterbody from Bing. Unless you have ground truth information, this needs to be reverted.

highway=track usually means bicycles will have access in India. Can you elaborate why you set the access for bicycles to no?

Please make changesets small geographically. For example do not combine rail network changes with road changes. Changeset comments will be more useful when changesets are geographically small and deal with only one type of features.

The changeset contributor has deleted his account, probably as a result of reporting to DWG, when he did not respond to changeset discussions. Can you give the URL for the way/route to investigate?

Please provide the URL for the Tertiary Road. Usually tertiary roads are not unidirectional. Unless you have direct knowledge of the road and can validate with another Tertiary or Residential road which provides way for opposite direction, it may be better not to make such changes.
