While this is just a pavier access road it has a name and all the houses are numbered on that road name so I don't think it's therefore a service road?

Closed, not sure if temporary or permanent but there is refurbishment work where it used to be.

Towpath doesn't go under this bridge on this side anymore. It was closed to run a large pipe along there instead
