Do paths need to be connected to the edges of rough / fairway areas?

Is this the best way of mapping this car park entrance?

Is this building part of the Priory hotel?

These two areas may be used as pitches for football training, but I can't see any physical features of a football field. Should they really be marked as football pitches, or can they just be left as open space?

This text is physically written in the grass - should it be mapped?

Should fairways be broken up like this?

It's unclear whether the greens should be inside the fairways on OSM Wiki - osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls does not mention whether it can be wholly inside the fairway - it only seems to say that the fairway edge should not cross the green and that it should have shared nodes where the fairway doesn't surround the green. Any ideas?
