Well, most of the race takes place on the same route... but for one year to another, there may be small modifications.
And the race route is signalled by the organisers by means of arrows on some "sheets", placed a few days before the race and (normally) removed afterwards. So, indeed, when you go near this route, and not in April, you don't really notice anything ^^

It is, indeed, a bicycle race, that I updated 4 years ago (when I was not really familiar with OSM :) ). It is not marked on site, except a few days before and a few days after the race.

About way 662739031: you created a separate way to turn left. Is it physically separated on site? Aerial imagery does not show that... but maybe it is due to recent works.

It is indeed : Osmose detects "multiple names in tag 'name'" and AFAICR puts it as a Level 1 issue. For that way, there is a name on the left and another one for the right...

Thanks for pointing me this out. I actually wanted to use the FR:grande_circulation tag, but I probably did a wrong manip for the others (unless iD doesn't care about case :/ )
Anyway, taking your second remark into account, I'm going to use grande_circulation instead. (Changeset 51169807 is part of the conversion of existing tags).
