101971511 | over 4 years ago | Yeah saw that but the edit wasn't mine. The original face:white was created/edited about 1 year ago by Ddoolittle86 · Changeset #79528114. There may have been a reason? |
101971511 | over 4 years ago | I'll admit I am mystified myself. Any editing of roadsigns that I do is giveway or stop but I dont recall having done them, nor to any relation. I'd expect though that faces is which way a sign is visible from. A roadsign is usually "backward" or "forward" though. There is a wiki key that describes usage.. |

89882266 | over 4 years ago | Hi, have just changed your osm.org/edit?node=301933917#map=21/-32.93259/137.39255 back to unpaved. I did not check the entire changeset. Thought I had better explain why as your change was relatively recent. I drove past the end of Niangala Rd (on Nowendoc Rd) today and idly noted it appeared to still be "dirt". My later checks though found it was marked paved. The DCS imagery is May 2014 and the one we cant use is May 2017. My latest Mapillary imagery of the road is May 2019. I dont know how to get Bing imagery date, but it looks like a fine gravel with worn tyre tracks rather than an asphalt seal. Feel free to use the (mostly my regional) Mapillary imagery and message me if you need more accurate date etc information. I am not planning to drive Niangala Rd in the next few months so I cant verify for sure. Feel free then to reverse my change as you see fit. Cheers |
99561855 | over 4 years ago | Having trouble with the ID editor when one area (inadvertently) snaps to another. i was unable to close the parking lot so would appreciate if you might fix? The Mapillary imagery will eventually be available. (2-3 mo) Too expensive to upload the 10-20GB per day (mobile) so I do changes on a local copy same day. |
