160455319 | 7 months ago | The red Model Y wasn't me, but I saw them and decided to try charging because they were charging. I was back yesterday with a fairly warm 50% battery and only got 41 kW. When I was charging no price information was displayed but as soon as I disconnected I got a charge on my credit card from Tesla. I think this should be marked as complete open because there are large blue "EV" signs along the street pointing to the station. |
160455319 | 7 months ago | I was in a Tesla. I just plugged in and it worked. Maybe because it's only putting out <40 kW they are holding off an adding it to the app? |
160455319 | 7 months ago | Confirmed that this supercharger is open and working, however I'm only getting 38 kW |
160455319 | 7 months ago | Area under construction does appear on the OpenStreetMap website. I think it's a brown or grey area. My philosophy is that OSM should map the world as it is right now, not as it was or as it will be. Additionally people consume OSM data via hundreds of different renders so I don't try to make my edits look a certain way on any given render. I map according to the documentation and if the render doesn't display something correctly, that is on the render, not OSM. |
160455319 | 7 months ago | I'm not sure the best way to handle this, some ideas: - add construction=yes tag
When I was there a few weeks ago it looked like they were almost ready to open. I'll stop by this weekend and check on the progress. Hopefully this site opens soon and this will be a non issue. |
160455319 | 7 months ago | Hi TheNightRider, do you have information that this supercharger is open? I surveyed this about a month ago and it was still under construction. |
160038445 | 7 months ago | I saw that edits around the area that I’ve made over the past year had been rolled back and I traced it to this changeset. I assumed you did a mass import - I now realize that you didn’t, I’m sorry for making that assumption. If I had realized you made these changes manually I would have given you more time to reply to my original comment. I do my very best to make sure I’m only adding high quality data to the map but if you look though my edit history hard enough I’m sure you will find mistakes and I’m happy to have those reverted. Adding bad data by accident is normal. I guarantee you that every OSM mapper with more than a few hundred edits has made at least 1 mistake, but undoing a revert because you want to prove a point crosses the line into vandalism. This isn’t personal at all. I don’t know you and you don’t know me. You are just a screen name to me and we are both trying to improve the quality of the map. |
160038445 | 7 months ago | I'm not trying to start an argument. I saw that changeset 160038445 removed correct data and replaced it with outdated data so I reverted it assuming that you used some tool to do a mass import and you used outdated data. Please do not undo my revert. |
160038445 | 7 months ago | Please do not undo my revert. Changest 160038445 replaced high quality ground truth data with lower quality data. For example way 1340858917 has not existed for over a year. There is nothing wrong with doing large imports but you have to be very careful to make sure the data you are importing is correct. |
160038445 | 7 months ago | This changeset deleted buildings that do exist and added buildings that no longer exist |
160038445 | 7 months ago | Reverted via changeset 160408437 |
160038445 | 7 months ago | This changeset needs to be reverted due to bad data |
152858833 | about 1 year ago | Hi HopsAndSpokes, Thanks for the contribution! What is your source for the Kelker Substation Expansion? On the CSU website I don't see anything about fiber here |
150817626 | about 1 year ago | Edited per note 3495680 |
110191867 | almost 4 years ago | I was trying to indicate that the bank is above the drive through. Should I have changed the layer of the road? |
110395341 | almost 4 years ago | Thanks Mashin, I realized that shorty after making this change and updated it. |
