86839498 | about 5 years ago | Hey, Ficus benghalensis is a taxon of type species. So there is no reason to add "taxon"="not known". What did you want to say with it? (You could add species:wikidata=Q1405636 to it, though.) What's your source for the population? You added "source"="own observation". I doubt that. > I can't understand what problem with this please inform me in details why the bug is showing there What was the error message? Had it to do with your Wikipedia and Wikidata tag? They should link to a Wikipedia article and a Wikidata item respectively. I couldn't find them, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. CamelCaseNick |
85854894 | about 5 years ago | For now population and postal code are fixed. Thank You! You wanted to share a screenshot? Sorry, for that you would need an image hosting service, as it is not possible in this changeset comments. But don't hesitate to ask questions and map yourself. And maybe you find a way to contact the community at https://openstreetmap.community/. |
85854894 | about 5 years ago | So, yes, now “Blackfoot Alberta T0B0L0” and “Blackfoot Alberta T0B0L0” work on OSM search. |
85854894 | about 5 years ago | Hmm... What you describe is odd. Using the OpenStreetMap internal search, I find Blackfoot with * Blackfoot Alberta
just not with Blackfoot Alberta T0B0L0. What was missing indeed was the postal_code=T0B0L0 tag. I have added it now in osm.org/changeset/86917072. I hope to see that to solve this issue with the postal code. I have checked whether Google Maps finds it, but of course, I cannot copy Google Maps. (And I don't need to as a resident there, you know it, right?) > Nobody uses Hamlet for postage nor the signage. It's just a classification. It's the place type as Blackfoot is a hamlet in Alberta. It is not showing up as “hamlet” on any map. > The aerial view is from over 15 years ago. That's unfortunate as it's the best and most accurate way to trace buildings. Have you checked every available aerial imagery in the editor (you used the standard editor iD: on the right, you would find a tab to change the background)? > It's a bigger area. You are talking about the residential area osm.org/way/310296966? Sorry, with outdated imagery, I cannot help you remote. Maybe you could walk around it and trace your why with GPS and upload a GPX file to then fix it? For all the things you miss on the map: Buildings, businesses, restaurants, supermarkets, whatever it is: Feel free to add it. The editor standard iD you used has some great presets. |
85716329 | about 5 years ago | Hey,
Therefore, for osm.org/way/213497168 there is also no need for osm.org/node/7556068634. CamelCaseNick |
85821257 | about 5 years ago | And osm.org/node/7562215772 a duplicate of osm.org/way/212500740? |
85821257 | about 5 years ago | Also is osm.org/node/7562226080 a duplicate of osm.org/way/212500738? |
85821257 | about 5 years ago | Hey,

86288691 | about 5 years ago | Sind Leeste und Erichshof Ortsteile von Weyhe? (also osm.org/relation/20101) So lese ich den Wikipedia-Artikel de:Weyhe.

86283942 | about 5 years ago | Hey,

86194050 | about 5 years ago | I think, it should be wikidata=Q1226524? |
86194050 | about 5 years ago | Hey,

86206804 | about 5 years ago | Why did you remove the essential language part of the wikipedia tag? The previously tagged article de:Mendrisio (Kreis) was moved to de:Kreis Mendrisio without a redirect in place. |
